Last night I gave about the future of storytelling and emotion in videogames.
Afterwards, several members of the amazing audience requested references to some of the games I mentioned, so I’ll delay my post on how Jane Austen has finally made it into the modern space opera to provide these.

Thanks to all that showed up, I had the best night in ages! (And Canada trouncing Russia was just a bonus!). Huge love to and .
Next post: How Mass Effect 2 put Mr. Darcy into a Canadian commercial from the 80s! Really! Honest this time!

I wish I could have made it out! Sounds like a really interesting talk, if only the IGDA meeting hadn’t been the same night
What about Passage as another meaningful game to try?
I request a replay! A rerun! A take two!
Sorry I had to miss your presentation!
Howdy!
It occurred to me afterward, there’s got to be some connection between something like Virtue & Moir (or Torvil & Dean) 2011 and games with compelling story-lines that all can enjoy.
I’d love to do a take two/rerun/rewind/ replay.
Could we do a panel discussion format with some great gal gamers? Rayna/Marie-Jo - You in?
Of course I’m in for a rerun. See you soon!
