I’m having the strangest cold ever. I’m not suffering in any serious way, no real sore throat, just stuffed sinuses that make me talk funny, and… a perpetual buzz. I’ve never heard of a cold having this effect before, but I’ve been feeling drunk, dizzy and having trouble concentrating for a few days.

Today is the worst yet. Word is spreading among my team that it’s a good time to hit me with bad news. The only reply I seem able to formulate is “Wow. Ok”.
