Well the Game Boy project is now off to Nintendo for final testing and approval. In a few days, we’ll either have a few last things to fix, or be off to manufacturing. After a month of 70-hour weeks, and a 24-hour round trip to L.A. last week, I’m using these few days of waiting for results, and having a break.

It’s a rapture I had forgotten was possible, to be blogging from my terrasse, in my jammies, at noon. To go for a run in the daytime, take Comet to the dog park, eat a meal I haven’t ordered out. To do all the laundry, not just the essentials, vacuum under the couch, not just sweep around it.

I could get used to this summertime unemployment thing.
