I tendered my resignation today. I have accepted a position as a project manager in a multimedia company.

I am taking a pay cut, but not as catastrophic a cut as I first anticipated. I’ll be working more, but I expect to actually want to go to work, for a change. Considering how miserable I’ve been at work in the past year, this is very good all around, all things considered.

It’s also definitely a great new challenge for me. I’d like to tell you I’m super relieved and glowing like a pregnant lady, but my stomach is in knots. I’ll need to learn a lot very quickly, and I really want to do well. Yay!
